$20 per session | $108 for all six sessions
Join us for a fun, and uplifting series of where we will learn about and practice mantra (which roughly translates as “mind-training” in Tibetan) recitation – a simple but profound way of re-aligning your habitual thought patterns and awakening innate cellular vibrations that promote a natural healing state. Join vocalist and mantrayana practitioner Lee Mirabai Harrington for a series of intimate, fun, and powerfully healing virtual gatherings in which we will learn and sing healing mantras from the Tibetan Buddhist and Sowa Rigpa (medical) traditions. Chanting (and singing!) these mantras can harmonize the body, redirect habitual thought patterns, alleviate depression and anxiety, calm the nervous system, restore health, increase cognitive function, and provide protection against future disease and illness. Each session will focus on one (or more!) mantra, and we’ll go deep, learning how the combination of primordial sound, vibration, breath, visualization, and our own unique healing instruments—our voices—can help heal the self in body, speech and mind. Let us experience a state of profound relaxation and rejuvenation together!
Each 90-minute session will consist of approximately

- 40 minutes of mantra chanting practice & guided meditation
- 20 minutes of Q&A and integration
