So many people have been asking me to do monthly musical-mantra-accumulation sessions online, so I decided to host my first one on His Holiness Karmapa’s birthday – June 26th.
We’ll sing Karmapa Chenno, in honor of this great Lion of Dharma, the 17th emanation of the Karmapa, Ogyen Trinley Dorje. This particular session is free to all. Space (on Zoom) is limited, so please let us know if you are interested. Stay tuned for registration link.

RE THE ONGOING SERIES: We’ll meet monthly online on Zoom for an hour and practice one mantra (from the Sowa Rigpa and/or Tibetan Buddhist traditions) per session. Most of the mantras we’ll practice together have been explained in depth during my HEALING WITH MANTRA series with Tibet House/Menla online, so the focus of these sessions will be on practice rather than on instruction. If you would like replays of the instructional sessions, please reach out.
