I’ve just finished a short Yuthok Nyingthik ngondro retreat and am starting a new online series called “Restoring the Balance” so that I can share some of the blessings with you. This is a love offering, to help us get centered and also tap into the Universal healing energies that can help dispel sickness and restore harmony. Each session will be relatively short (one hour tops) and we’ll do some purification breathing (pranayama) to open up our channels, practice short centering techniques and then chant/sing together. Or you can simply listen and take in the vibes. In each session, we will practice one or two healing mantras from my lineages (Sowa Rigpa and Tibetan Buddhism and Amma). I invite you to step into these mindstreams with me and my teachers and continue to build this universal healing grid. If you’ve been to my events, you know we go deep, for the benefit of all beings.
