Join us for a fun, rejuvenating and restorative “Bliss Night Out” at Shangri La Spa in Bonita Springs. This is an amazing event in a beautiful space with some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. There’s a true community of healers here in this healing-springs town. Sue will lead a beautiful restorative yoga practice and I will sing healing Sowa Rigpa mantras to support the practice and open up our hearts into a realm of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. After the asanas, we’ll chant together in an uplifting kirtan.
