DESCRIPTION:Wednesdays\, 2pm – 3:30 – Medicine Buddha Healing Practice.\nMy Sorig Khang teacher Dr. Nida has authorized me to lead this healing practice.\nThis is a full Tibetan Buddhist sadhana and fairly simple. Most of the text is in English with transliteration provided for any Sanskrit or Tibetan. No experience or empowerment required for this particular practice\, but please note I will give minimal instruction. While it is always beneficial to have the empowerment\, Dr. Nida is making this practice available to everyone in these unprecedented times.
