Saturday morning we begin our day with meditation\, movement + contemplative dance before diving into a fun-filled day of hands-on learning in Practical Ecology\, Sustainable Living\, Eco-Shamanism\, Qi Gong\, Biodynamics and Pranic Agriculture.\nWe are thrilled to host the renown Lee Mirabai Harrington – Mantra Music and Kirtan as she leads us in an evening of blessed Kirtan chant on Saturday evening. Not to be missed!! FREE + open to the public.\nOn Sunday\, we once again start our day with meditation and movement\, as we prepare to then “asperge” or spray the lands with Biodynamics preps!
