I’m so honored to have been invited to take part in Spring Fling 8: The Alchemy of Ecology over Memorial Day Weekend and am psyched to hang out with my Vermont eco-warrior, consciousness-raising, dharma-loving friends.

Our weekend kicks off Friday evening with a delicious dinner and a celebratory camp fire. Saturday morning we begin our day with meditation, movement + contemplative dance before diving into a fun-filled day of hands-on learning in Practical Ecology, Sustainable Living, Eco-Shamanism, Qi Gong, Biodynamics and Pranic Agriculture.
We are thrilled to host the renown Lee Mirabai Harrington – Mantra Music and Kirtan as she leads us in an evening of blessed Kirtan chant on Saturday evening. Not to be missed!! FREE + open to the public.
On Sunday, we once again start our day with meditation and movement, as we prepare to then “asperge” or spray the lands with Biodynamics preps! A fun activity for all ages!
